    How it works

    Drop in a PDF, choose whether to split by page ranges or burst every page into its own file, then press Split PDF. Each resulting document appears as its own download button. Page numbers are one-based and ranges can be written as 1-3, single pages as 5, or mixed together.

    Are my files uploaded to a server?

    No. Everything runs inside your browser with JavaScript — your PDF never leaves your device.

    How do I write page ranges?

    Separate each output file with a comma: 1-3, 4-6, 7 creates three documents. A single number makes a one-page file.

    Is there a page limit?

    No fixed limit. Very large documents simply take a little longer because the work happens on your device.

    Does splitting reduce quality?

    No. Pages are copied exactly as they are, so text stays selectable and images keep their original resolution.
