    Are my files uploaded to a server?

    No. Everything runs inside your browser with JavaScript — your PDF never leaves your device.

    Can I use an image as a watermark?

    This tool stamps text. For a logo, convert it to a PDF page and overlay it with the Merge tool, or use the Sign PDF tool for a single page.

    Is the watermark permanent?

    It is drawn into the page content, so it cannot be toggled off in a normal reader, though it is not a security feature.

    Why is my long watermark cut off?

    Reduce the font size — very long text at a large size can run past the page edge.
